Lower Church Renewal
and New Bathrooms Project
Our lower church requires a renewal. Let us do it step by step: first the floor, then the bathrooms, the walls… even an elevator in the future.
Using the funds from “To Teach Who Christ Is” campaign we have already removed the asbestos tiles from the floor in the lower church and we will replace it with the new flooring. Before doing it, we want to extend the existing men’s bathrooms and build new bathrooms for women, that will facilitate not only the events held in the lower church, but also will be used during the Sunday and daily masses held in the main church.
On the weekend of January 22/23, we are launching a fundraising campaign to help this project. Our goal is to collect $100,000 in 6 months. This amount will cover all expenses for the new bathrooms and allow us to begin the remodeling of the lower church. Once we have done it, we can move to the following works.
I ask you for a generous pledge. We will be grateful for every amount you decide to give. Your contribution may be a one-time donation or paid in installments over 6 months – using cash, checks, credit cards or electronically through our website ("Make a Pledge" button) . Your support will help us to make our parish more comfortable for everyone. God bless you!
